12.2 In addition, Nando's has a "Find Yourself" Facebook application that will access information from users' Facebook accounts once they give us permission to do so. Once permission is granted, the application accesses a user's name, gender, birthday, locale, email address and spice result. If the "Find Yourself" Facebook application is not available, this clause 12.2 will not apply to you.
