Nando’s turns Baltimore Restaurant into Rugby Clubhouse to celebrate Rugby’s greatest rivalry

Baltimore, September 09, 2026 -- With its deep South African roots, Nando’s PERi-PERi will become the hub for Baltimore’s biggest rugby weekend. From Friday Sept. 11 through Sunday Sept. 13, Nando’s Harbor East restaurant will transform into the ultimate Rugby Clubhouse—complete with rugby memorabilia and gear, vintage posters, and a locker-room themed photo experience as DJs spin Afro-inspired sounds all weekend long.

Nando’s PERi-PERi, the beloved South African restaurant brand with outposts around the world, will welcome local and traveling fans with a weekend experience rooted in the brand’s heritage. From flame-grilled chicken served with spicy PERi-PERi sauce, and limited-time food-and-beer specials, Nando’s will bring the food, culture, and energy of South Africa together under one roof.

The Rivalry Baltimore will play host for the first time in the United States to the touring series between the South Africa national rugby union team, the Springboks, and the New Zealand national rugby union team, the All Blacks. The legendary game is held every four years. This year, the big match is Saturday Sept. 12 at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium, the 71,000-capacity home of the Baltimore Ravens.
