Careers at Nando’s

3.1 Our Website includes a ‘Work With Us’ page where you can explore job openings at Nando’s. If you choose to apply for a position, you will be directed to our staffing partner’s website to submit your application information directly to them. Information Collected may include your resume, references, contact information, and employment and educational history and skills. Our staffing partner assists us in managing our recruitment of new employees and shares with us your application information.

How do we use your Personal Data?

4.1.1 provide services or products you request (e.g. fulfilling any orders you place online or send you by email or other electronic means our newsletters or other products or services in which you express an interest);

This will not stop us from sending emails about your transactions with us. You can choose not to receive SMS or MMS messages from us by replying STOP to any message you receive.

11.4 You can choose to delete or block cookies by setting your browser to either reject all cookies or to allow cookies only from selected sites. If you block cookies performance of the Website or the App may be impaired and certain features may not function at all.

Application and our use of Facebook user data (where applicable)

12.1 The App will access information from user’s Facebook accounts once they give us permission to do so whilst using the Facebook-related functionality of the application. Once permission is granted, the App accesses a user’s friends list and location only. If the App is not available, this clause 12.1 will not apply to you.

12.2 In addition, Nando's has a "Find Yourself" Facebook application that will access information from users' Facebook accounts once they give us permission to do so. Once permission is granted, the application accesses a user's name, gender, birthday, locale, email address and spice result. To find out more details about the "Find Yourself" Facebook application, please visit our Website. If the "Find Yourself" Facebook application is not available, this clause 12.2 will not apply to you.

Use of the Website and App by children

13.1 This Website and App are accessible to children under the age of 18. However, the Website and App are not designed nor intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 13 ("Minors"). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from Minors. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any information to us. If we are advised that we have inadvertently collected data from a Minor we will delete that data from our systems.
