• 3/4 cup Nando's PERinaise
  • 1 head of broccoli (1 lb approx)
  • 1 pack bacon, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces

Cooking Instructions

1 Fry the diced bacon until crisp, then drain. Wipe out the pan and use again to toast the nuts. Allow both to cool.
2 Break the broccoli into bite sized florets. Do not discard the core, just trim the woody end, dice, and throw into the mixing bowl!
3 Mix the broccoli, PERinaise, diced red onion, apple, craisins, and half of the bacon and nuts together.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste and top with the rest of the bacon and nuts.
