• 1 cauliflower head, broken into florets (approx. 18 oz)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup Nando's PERi-PERi sauce, flavor of your choice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 5 oz water
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 425℉
2 Place flour, water, oil and garlic powder in a large Ziplock bag. Seal and mix together to form a batter.
3 Add the cauliflower, seal again and mix together til the cauliflower is all coated.
4 Add the bread crumbs and toss together again until evenly coated.
5 Arrange the coated florets in one layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake on the center rack 25-35 minutes until golden brown, turning after 20 mins
6 Brush or toss with PERi-PERi sauce and serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping
