Preheat the oven to 425℉
Place flour, water, oil and garlic powder in a large Ziplock bag. Seal and mix together to form a batter.
Add the cauliflower, seal again and mix together til the cauliflower is all coated.
Add the bread crumbs and toss together again until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated florets in one layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake on the center rack 25-35 minutes until golden brown, turning after 20 mins
Brush or toss with PERi-PERi sauce and serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping
