Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 430℉. Chop onion into quarters and separate layers. Add oil to sauce pot and fry onion petals until soft. Remove from pot and set aside

In the same pot add milk and cornflour. Bring to boil and whisk, then add cheese and PERi-PERi sauce

Add salt to pot of boiling water, then add macaroni and cook until al dente (see pack for instructions)

Drain macaroni and add to milk and cheese mixture. Then dump into a baking dish and top with onion petals, mozzarella, parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Bake for 10-15 minutes

Chop parsley and sprinkle on top of cheesy goodness
