Can never go wrong with baked mac and cheese and adding PERi-PERi completes perfection!


  • 2 tbsp PERi-PERi sauce
  • 10 oz milk
  • 1 cup macaroni pasta
  • 5 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella (grated)
  • 4 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp parmesan (grated)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Small handful of parsley

Cooking Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 430℉. Chop onion into quarters and separate layers. Add oil to sauce pot and fry onion petals until soft. Remove from pot and set aside
2 In the same pot add milk and cornflour. Bring to boil and whisk, then add cheese and PERi-PERi sauce
3 Add salt to pot of boiling water, then add macaroni and cook until al dente (see pack for instructions)
4 Drain macaroni and add to milk and cheese mixture. Then dump into a baking dish and top with onion petals, mozzarella, parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Bake for 10-15 minutes
5 Chop parsley and sprinkle on top of cheesy goodness
