Set up your breading station in t shallow dishes: flour with salt and dill, beaten egg, panko and parmesan
Toss the pickles in the flour, dip in the egg and finally place in the breadcrumbs, pressing to make sure both sides are well-covered.
Set the air fryer to 360℉ and cook the breaded pickles in batches for 12 minutes, turning once in the middle. For optimum crispiness never cook more than one layer at a time.
