Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of sandwich-style pickles (drained well, about 12 oz)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • PERi-PERi sauce in the flavor of your choice
  • PERinaise in the flavor of your choice

Cooking Instructions

1 Set up your breading station in t shallow dishes: flour with salt and dill, beaten egg, panko and parmesan
2 Toss the pickles in the flour, dip in the egg and finally place in the breadcrumbs, pressing to make sure both sides are well-covered.
3 Set the air fryer to 360℉ and cook the breaded pickles in batches for 12 minutes, turning once in the middle. For optimum crispiness never cook more than one layer at a time.
4 Serve immediatly drizzled with PERi-PERi sauce and PERinaise for dipping. Dig in!
