1 Jar of sandwich-style pickles (drained well, about 12 oz)
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 egg, beaten
PERi-PERi sauce in the flavor of your choice
PERinaise in the flavor of your choice
Cooking Instructions
1Set up your breading station in t shallow dishes: flour with salt and dill, beaten egg, panko and parmesan
2Toss the pickles in the flour, dip in the egg and finally place in the breadcrumbs, pressing to make sure both sides are well-covered.
3Set the air fryer to 360℉ and cook the breaded pickles in batches for 12 minutes, turning once in the middle. For optimum crispiness never cook more than one layer at a time.
4Serve immediatly drizzled with PERi-PERi sauce and PERinaise for dipping. Dig in!
