• 13 w oz Broccoli, broken into small florets
  • 4 Tablespoons of PERi-PERi sauce in the flavor of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 3 Eggs

Cooking Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 425℉
2 Mix the broccoli, PERi-PERi sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in a microwaveable container.
3 Microwave on full power for 3 minutes and allow to cool.
4 Mixed cool broccoli with almond flour, eggs and cheese, then shape into tots. You should get about 22 tots about the size of your thumb.
5 Place tots on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins until lightly golden underneath.
6 Serve warm with more PERi-PERi sauce for dipping. Enjoy
