These PERi-PERi shrimp skewers are perfect as an appetizer or main course!


  • 1 cup PERi-PERi sauce
  • 1 lbs large shrimp (peeled)
  • Small handful of chopped parsley (garnish)

Cooking Instructions

1 Soak the skewers in water. Pick your PERi-PERi sauce!
2 Place peeled shrimp into a bowl then add PERi-PERi sauce to shrimp. Mix to coat
3 Allow shrimp to marinate for 30 minutes
4 Take marinate shrimp and place onto pre-soaked skewers, slide shrimp on end over end
5 Grill shrimp skewers on high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
6 Plate skewers and drizzle with PERi-PERi and garnish with parsley
