Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup PERinaise
  • 4 teaspoons PERi-PERi Sauce
  • 8 Fish Sticks
  • 4 Mini Tortillas
  • 1 Red Apple (grated)
  • 1 Carrot (peeled and grated)
  • 1/4 white cabbage (finely sliced)
  • Small bunch of fresh cilantro (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

1 Cook fish sticks as directed on package. Get chipping - carrots, cabbage, apple and cilantro!
2 Throw chopped ingredients into a bowl and pour in PERi-PERi sauce. Mix to coat
3 Squeeze PERinaise on each tortilla then top with PERi slaw. Add cooked fish sticks on top and of course top with more PERinaise and a sprinkle of cilantro. Taco 'bout tasty!
